Autonomous Meeting Facilitation
Nobody wants to be in the room. Everyone needs to have been in the room. This is the central tension of modern enterprise governance, and it is entirely solvable.
Our synchronization protocols generate pre-aligned meeting summaries before the meeting occurs, distributed to all named stakeholders with enough lead time to allow for the addition of a comment that demonstrates engagement. The meeting itself — if it happens — becomes a brief ritual confirmation of the summary, typically 22 minutes, with 8 minutes reserved for a parking lot that will not be revisited.
